FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This is an adult-only, over-21 festival; IDs will be required to verify age and all adults will be clearly marked as attendees and participants.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We recommend getting a safe ride to the Steers and Beers. Public parking on streets and limited parking at the venue is available.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
We would be happy to answer additional questions! Contact us at kim@cheersliquormart.com.
What's the refund policy?
Refunds are only allowed if requested 30 days or more before the event. (by August 25)
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you can pull up your emailed ticket electronically on your mobile device or through the Eventbrite app.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?
Yes, registration fees and tickets are transferable. The name on the ticket does not have to match the patron. All patrons must present a valid ID showing they are over the age of 21.
What if there is inclement weather?
We will do our best to run the event as planned. This is an indoor/ourdoor event so we might have to do some arranging. The event will most likely be held, rain or shine, just like a sporting event or concert.
Can I bring my children or pets?
Ivywild will be open for business during Steers and Beers and children/pets are allowed on their premises. We ask if you bring them into the event they are in a stroller (children) or leash (dog).
